Monday at 11 o’clock p.m. Mrs. Gus Hess died of consumption at the home of Rev. Plunkett, on West Wabash Avenue, where with her mother, Mrs. Leslie, she had been rooming for over a year. The funeral occurred at half past two o’clock Wednesday, Rev. H. L. Davis officiating. The services were private. The interment was at Oak Hill. Mrs. Hess was thirty five years of age and came here from Connersville. Her husband died of consumption two years ago and she contracted the disease while nursing him. - s
